Contacted Knozee as my PC was going so slow. Dean my technician arrived promptly on time, and spent a very long time cleaning up my PC, and explaining to me in depth what problems were and things I could do to clean up my PC. Because of the attention I got from Knozee, I have asked Dean to install new RAM in my dinosaur of a machine for the interim which he is doing and is cheap. Also I have asked him to build me a state of the art machine over time, and I am confident that when its finished it will make my computer now look like it is standing still. I have also recommended Knozee to friends of mine, and they will be contacting them shortly to sort out their PC's.

So overall, a brilliant service, good pleasant people, and more importantly, people that enjoy what they do, and put customers first.

After failing to install a wireless adapter myself, I contacted technical support and they were very helpful. Someone came round at the quoted time and my internet was wireless by the time he left. It also turned out the adapter I had purchased was faulty but the technician went out and sourced me a replacement cheaper than I had paid and installed the replacement in no time. No complaints - Quick and easy. Very Nice too.
