How do I make an appointment?

You can email or telephone the helpdesk detailing your symptoms and a mutually convenient time for your visit will be agreed and booked.

 

What can I expect from my visit?

When the consultant arrives, you will be warmly greeted who in turn will introduce themselves. You will then be given the opportunity to discuss the issues you have been experiencing with you computer and ask questions. Your computer will then be diagnosed to confirm the reported issues and repaired - If your computer can not be fully repaired onsite, the consultant will discuss your repair options and explain any additional charges.

 

What are your rates?

Repairs start from as little as £30 which is unbeatable by the main high street competitor who charge an unbelievable £89 - We pride ourselves on delivering value for money coupled with customer satisfaction.

 

Do I still need to pay for the full hour if the problem is resolved in a few minutes?

In short, yes - All repairs start from £30. However, you are entitled to 1hr of assistance so you have the choice of having the consultant stay onsite for the full hour to perform another service. I.E. Virus/Spyware scans.

 

I have a Dell Laptop, can Knozee help me?

We welcome all brands including but not limited to the major manufacturers, e.g. Dell, HP, Sony, Acer, Phillips, Apple (Macbook's).
